Review ...

"if the tradition of European Cabaret needs re-inventing … the job could fall into less capable hands than this Australian entertainer’s. She has the voice for it… both fire in her belly and the grin of a clown. She isn’t the first singer to have drawn strength from Kurt Weill, and she won’t be the last. But she is better than most at adapting Weill to fit her own distinctive talent."
