Robyn Archer has been writing in diverse forms for many years now.

There are over one hundred registered songs, the many full-length works for theatre, various cabaret monologues, the lyrics of four song cycles (with composers including Lindsay Cooper, Alan John, Cathie Travers ), a hoard of unpublished poems, published essays and commentary and contributions to anthologies, including works for kids and books.

Mrs Bottle's Burp

Like the Pack of Women and A Star is Torn, Mrs Bottle appeared in many versions - first a hard-back book illustrated by cartoonist Victoria Roberts, then a four story version illustrated by English cartoonist and illustrator Ros Asquith. Songs were composed for this version and an album recorded. This produced the kids favourite Eating on a Plane and then a stage version.
